Administrative Manager

The Department of Family Medicine of the Keck School of Medicine of USC provides care for every member of the family, across generations and over lifetimes. We aim to enhance the quality of life for underserved and vulnerable patients, while educating future generations of highly skilled, compassionate primary care specialists. Our goal is to combine education, patient advocacy, and evidence-based research to advance family medicine and geriatrics. The Division of Physician Assistant Studies within the Department of Family Medicine is seeking a well-qualified person to serve as the administrative manager.  The administrative manager will supervise non-exempt staff in support of division operations.  This includes administrative, admissions, curriculum and clinical operations.  The manager is also responsible for facilities management within the division and manages day-to-day departmental and operational functions.  The manager will advise division committees on new programmatic changes, policies and procedures and authorize expenditures in compliance with budgetary allowances and procedures.  The manager will report to the Director of the Division.  The Division of Physician Assistant Studies is a 33-month long professional degree program that educates physician assistant students to practice medicine with the supervision of physicians.  Students complete four didactic semesters and one year of clinical clerkships prior to graduation. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
