Internet Salesperson

POSITION SUMMARY: A working manager that handles initial response and extended response to internet leads

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:?



  • Respond to internet leads in a timely manner.

  • Answer internet customer initial questions.

  • Transition internet sales leads to sales consultants and assist with follow-up.

  • Manage and train internet sales team.

  • Respond to email inquiries utilizing established procedures.

  • Monitor staff productivity and quota levels and recommend training to improve results.

  • Make out-bound calls to potential customers to solicit appointments.

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED.? One to three years of internet management experience and/or one to three years? experience in an automotive dealership. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Previous sales floor experience a plus.


COMPUTER SKILLS:
Inventory Control Software, internet, Microsoft Office Products


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.? Mostly an office environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
