Product Support Engineer

Product Support Specialist nbsp; Location: Alhambra, CA nbsp; Target Salary: $55,000-$65,000/year nbsp; Benefits: M/D/V + 20 days PTO + 401k + Other Various Perks/Benefits nbsp; Provide technical support to our customers via all available channels (phone, email, forums and screen-sharing) Act as a liaison between the Product Support and Product Development departments to ensure that customer interests are represented Support your colleagues in understanding the technical concepts behind the tools Author knowledgebase articles and blogs to facilitate and promote the use of tools Suggest changes to processes and lsquo;question the norm rsquo; to improve customer experience Perform such other tasks as are consistent with the general description and in support of the rest of the team and the Product Support Manager For immediate and confidential consideration, please email resume directly to nbsp; Landon A. Barfoot nbsp; at nbsp; landon.barfoot@rht.com nbsp; Local applicants only and no C2C please! nbsp; Job Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Previous experience on a product support or help desk Previous experience in a customer service role Experience setting up and maintaining Windows Server and/or clusters Knowledge of installing and maintaining web servers (IIS, Apache) SQL Server administration experience (backing up or restoring databases) Scripting or basic programming knowledge An understanding of installing and maintaining SQL Source Control systems (Subversion, TFS, Git), and setting up and maintaining Virtual Machines (VMWare, Microsoft HyperV) Essential Experience working in a technical environment Experience learning and understanding tricky technical concepts Passion for delivering the highest quality customer service Self-motivated team player who relishes every opportunity to problem-solve and troubleshoot Good understanding of Windows permissions and concepts Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting practices Solid understanding of how to troubleshoot issues in a Windows environment Experience working on a help desk or service desk environment Passion for technology Solution orientated Driven by continuous improvement A proactive team player Self-motivated and enthusiastic Flexible and approachable Reliable and trustworthy For immediate and confidential consideration, please email resume directly to nbsp; Landon A. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
