Responsibilities:
Responsible for writing the policy, guidelines and procedures to carry out the operation duties in an effective, efficient, safe and sound manner.
Responsible for the overall planning, execution and day-to-day supervision of the following operations units.
Financial ControlLoan and Trade ServicesWholesale Deposit ServicesTreasury and PaymentsLocal and Head Office Projects ManagementResponsible for dealing with internal auditor, OCC for annual audits and Safety and Soundness examinationPossess strong knowledge in banking regulations, internal controls and project management.
Job Qualifications Possess B.
A.
in business or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years of managerial and hands-on operations experiences in commercial banking with emphasis on commercial real estate loan, construction loan, trade finance and syndication loan.
