Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized check in area - Assist customers with answering questions - Promote memberships and special offers to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Mandarin) are a plus - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.
