Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Assist in event planning and coordination - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments - Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in providing customer support or handling inquiries is beneficial This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing administrative support.
