Must be able to multi-task Assist physician in examination room Answer phone calls Schedule appointments Verify patient eligibility and authorizations Collect co-pays and other payments from patients File patient charts, scan, copy, fax, and other clerical duties Perform other assigned tasks as needed Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese preferred
